Kyle O'Dwyer leads Fortify Legal Services as its founder and managing attorney, bringing a broad background in litigation to every case. He began his career with six years as a partner at a rural Minnesota law firm, where he handled a wide range of matters-breach of contract, real estate disputes, business and employment cases, even criminal defense. Since relocating to Arizona, Kyle has spent over five years building a strong reputation for practical advocacy, arguing appeals in both Arizona and Minnesota, and representing clients before the Arizona Supreme Court. In 2022, he established Fortify Legal to provide Maricopa County and beyond with legal representation rooted in experience, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to client success.
Kyle's goal is to put clients in the best position to achieve their objectives by providing excellent, cost-effective representation-always tailored to each client's risk tolerance, goals, and budget.
