Kyle O'Dwyer
I am an experienced litigation attorney and have practiced in a wide range of areas of the law. Prior to coming to Arizona in July 2020, I was a partner at a small, rural Minnesota law firm where I handled breach of contract, employment, real estate, child protection, criminal defense, and many other case types. Over my career, I have represented clients in numerous jury trials, court trials, arbitration hearings, and mediations. I have filed appeals in both Minnesota and Arizona and argued before the Arizona Supreme Court. During my practice in Arizona, I have guided numerous clients through business disputes, employment lawsuits, and commercial litigation.

My goal is to put my clients in the best position to reach their goals while providing excellent and cost-effective representation. Each client has their own background, risk tolerance, and financial capacity for litigation and all of these issues and more are taken into account in forming a litigation plan with my clients.
I have enjoyed being able to also volunteer in my communities. I have volunteered as a Special Olympics coach, tax preparer, Board Member of a YMCA, and helped coach my kids' sports teams.
Outside of practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my wife and five kids and being outside during the "winter" months here in Arizona. I also like to watch a good movie or tv show as well as play and watch many different sports, including football, basketball, and tennis. I also have a sweet tooth and love to bake.
