Vishal Gupta

I am an associate litigation attorney at Fortify Legal Services. I strive to be responsive, attentive, and thorough in all of my work.

After spending a large chunk of my childhood living in Kansas and later Delaware, I moved to Arizona in 2012. In 2020, I graduated from Arizona State University, where I received a bachelor's degree in Political Science. To escape the heat, I moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where I attended the University of North Carolina School of Law. In 2023, I received my law degree and moved back to Arizona to practice.

My background primarily consists of litigation and business law. I have prosecuted and defended a wide range of cases throughout Arizona, including disputes involving contracts, real estate, construction, and employment. I have also reviewed, negotiated, and drafted contracts on behalf of individuals and businesses in various industries.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
